My blog today is about seafood buffet somewhere near Marina Bay area. I walk around Marina Square last weekend. There is one exit where you may enter ParkRoyal Collection hotel. Is almost dinner time, I went and checkout Peppermint at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay located at Level 4. Worry there are no seat available, I decided to ask the lady at the buffet reception. Lucky they have 2 seat available. I arrived around 5pm, the buffet only starts at 6:30pm. Chill and walk around the hotel area. It is really a nice place for photoshoot.
I came back around 6:30pm, the queue started to form at the reception area. Surprisingly lucky to have seat available, really full house. The entrance oyster and snow crab attract me the most. Super fresh and chill seafood buffet. To warm up my stomach before eating raw food, I took miso soup and some hot vegetable soup to start with.

Check out the snow crab section. Mussels is fresh too. I think I had few rounds of snow crab non stop. Those who like seafood buffet should really consider to come here. They provide you the clippers and scissors to easily peel the crab leg. They also provide wet tissue to clean your hand after peeling. Is not convenient to use utensil eating crab :)

Next, the oyster section. Located just next to snow crab. I have not had oyster for a long time. Super fresh, chill and makes you want to eat more. They have lemon and tabasco at the side. I prefer to add on these two to go with my oyster. Some places have really thick and creamy type of oyster. But this oyster size is just nice and fresh. I think I had more than 10 oyster!

As you can see the picture I took another round of snow crab. And above is the cooked scallop. Is huge and yummy. They do served other western and mixture of Chinese and Indian cuisine. I tried little portion of Biryani rice and also took the spaghetti. They also have herbs section, you can choose prawn or chicken herbs. The soup is tasty. The only thing I did not try is the duck rice. I guess is too heavy to have that.

Above picture is the cheese section. Amazingly the cheese and the cracker is good. Variety of cheese like parmesan, blue cheese and even cheese stick. I also try the salad just next to the cheese. You can customize your salad mix with few types of green vege, corns, tomato, cucumber, and many more. Four types of sauce available to go with your salad.

Here comes the dessert area. Too many types of tradition Malay Kueh. I do not remember the names, but I try few it is not too heavy. Some are nice some are not. You should try out few. Behind this section, they have cakes and cookies. I tried one each, is really satisfying. I like how they prepare and cut into smaller size of the dessert, you will not feel too full having it. Is good to go with a cup of hot tea of coffee.
One thing to highlight here the churros. Very crispy and it is prepared hot. I add on the hot thick chocolate syrup, really goes well with it. I had two rounds of churros! And the small cup above is the creamy durian custard. Is very thick and strong smell. Do not try it if your are not a durian lover!
Overall, I'll come back here again for seafood buffet. It is really worth it if you are a big eater. The price stated $88++ exclude the service charge and tax. But upon making payment, they have discount of 15% if you pay on certain bank cards. So total amount is just $88 nett! Comment down below for question if any. Thanks for reading guys! :)
